Wisdom For Entrepreneurs 4
Based on popular demand, Wisdom for Entrepreneurs will be coming out as a book. It will be straight to the point, but garnished with my personal experiences, scars, failures and successes. You can live your dreams.
Here are today's tips. Do share.
14. Master the selling process - PANPOCR! Oh, I used this to pieces. It's always important to keep activity going as an entrepreneur. Once you begin to get idle, you will soon need a job. The selling process regularly keeps your tables full. It's simple really P -Prospecting, A -Appointment Setting, N -Needs Analysis, P -Presentation, O -Objection Handling, C -Close, R -Referrals. At every point in time you can have a basic excel type doc, shared on your cloud identifying your different suspects and what levels you have reached with them.
15. Volunteer! Yes you read that correctly. Just because you are in business doesn't make every transaction for money. You must identify what to do for free. Preferably make up your mind what you'll be willing to do free. Presentations to students, churches, etc. What will make your price and value go up is demand and supply. Let your availability cause your subsequent in-availability.
