The selling process regularly keeps your tables full. It's simple really P -Prospecting, A -Appointment Setting, N -Needs Analysis, P -Presentation, O -Objection Handling, C -Close, R -Referrals. At every point in time you can have a basic excel type doc, shared on your cloud identifying your different suspects and what levels you have reached with them.
