Man Stabs His Guy Lover To Death In Lagos After He Planned To Wed A Woman

Investigation into the murder of Adindu Ohamara, a banker who was stabbed to death by his alleged homosexual lover in Akoka, Bariga Local Council Area of Lagos State has started, the Lagos State Police Command has said.

It was gathered that the deceased banker, who resides in a three-bedroom flat in Akoka with his elder sister and one Collins, an undergraduate of the University of Lagos was stabbed repeatedly by his lover.

Globacom Signs $500M Agreement With ZTE For Network Expansion

Globacom on Monday took its network expansion project a notch higher as it signed a $500 million network modernisation and expansion contract with leading telecom vendors, ZTE Corporation.               
The Company had last Friday signed a $750 million deal with Huawei Technologies to massively expand the huge capacity of the Glo network.

75 year old Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands abdicated today April 30th after 33 years as queen and handed over her throne and crown to her eldest son at a ceremony that held on the balcony at the Royal Palace in Amsterdam. 46 year old Willem-Alexander will be the first King of the Netherlands since 1890. The former queen will now be addressed as Princess Beatrix.

Kevin Luciano, Emerges Interim PMAN President

Questionmark Entertainment boss, Kevin Lucciano Gabriel, yesterday April 27th emerged as the new interim president of the Performing Musician Association of Nigerian (PMAN).

Lucciano was appointed after his opponent Mr Skid Ikemefuna stepped down. Popular 90's musician Mike Okri will serve as Lucciano's deputy. Okri defeated Oritz Wiliki for the post of PMAN deputy president. Singer Azeezat emerged as the new treasurer while Maureen also known as Mama Entertainment emerged as the second deputy president for the interim government.

As part of his plans for the union, Lucciano stated his desire to bring change to the union, a change that will hopefully attract younger musicians to the union. A new election will be held 18 months from now.
