Suicide bomber disarmed by the police in Afghanistan

The young militant, who was disguised in a police uniform, was captured by security forces in Baghlan in northern Afghanistan.
His shirt is pulled open to reveal a khaki suicide vest which was concealing a deadly bomb.

The weapon had the potential to kill dozens of innocent civilians.
His arrest on Friday came as another suicide bomber blew himself up near a mosque, killing 41 people and injuring 56 others in Maymana, 220 miles away.
