BRITNEY Spears stands awkwardly as she arrives at a US X Factor bash sporting a sprawling sore patch above her heel.

The singer’s affliction, which looked like psoriasis, was painfully clear to see as she walked the red carpet at the Beverly Hills shindig.
Britney donned high heels for the occasion and bared her legs in a flowery leather dress.
Most eye-catching was the area of flaky, cracked skin that appeared to be bleeding in places.
Regardless, the singer merrily posed for snaps with her fellow X Factor judge Simon Cowell at the Rodeo Drive party celebrating the show’s final four contestants.

Last month, Britney was pictured with a big patch of scaly skin on her ankle – and the same dry area appeared to be on display last night too.
At least the chart-topper looked back to her best up top, which certainly can’t be said for Simon.

The music mogul’s face is continuing to go through unusual changes, no doubt with the help of Botox injections.

Plastic surgeons suggested he may well have had work done.

Douglas McGeorge said: “By the looks of the puffiness in his face he could well have had some fat injected to plump things out.
“It could also be as a result of putting on a few pounds. He is wearing loose clothing but his tummy might be fuller also.”
