"You Were Bangin' My Wife BEFORE We Split!" - Andrew To Simon

Simon Cowell's FORMER good buddy claims Mr. 'X Factor' was sticking it to his wife before they parted ways ... and THAT'S why he's accusing Cowell of adultery... TMZ has learned.

We know real estate mogul Andrew Silverman isn't buying what Simon is selling -- that he didn't lay a finger or any other part on Lauren Silverman until after the split. 

Andrew, we're told, just wants out of the marriage and away from Lauren and Simon, and he's willing to settle custody and financial issues quickly.  For now, he's asking for full custody of their 7-year-old son, but it appears from what we know that's a negotiable point.

A source close to Lauren tells TMZ ... Lauren and her husband were over before she and Simon entered into any kind of relationship.

It's been revealed that Lauren's husband, Andrew Silverman filed papers in a Manhattan Supreme Court two weeks ago, naming Cowell as a co-respondent and citing adultery as the reason for ending the marriage. Simon would most likely be served with papers and he could be called to the witness stand to reveal details of the affair

Andrew Silverman's wife, Lauren, is expecting a child with the Xfactor judge. Lauren already has a 7 year old son with Andrew.
 Andrew's brother Alexander Silverman told the New York Post that the baby constituted a 'betrayal' of trust, because Simon and Andrew were close friends for many years. He said: "It's an unbelievable story of betrayal. It is a sad story and a tragic story.'

Simon Cowell Expecting His First Child With Married Socialit?

53 year music mogul and X Factor judge, Simon Cowell, who has dated many beautiful women but has refused to marry is finally going to be a father. Us Weekly reports that Simon is expecting a baby with New York socialite Lauren Silverman, the estranged wife of one of Simon's close friends, Andrew Silverman.

Lauren is said to be about two and a half months pregnant. The X Factor judge and Lauren, 36, have been dating since late last year after Lauren's marriage to Simon's friend broke down. 

Simon Cowell has been engaged twice; to model Louise Payne in 1995 and make-up artist Mezhgan Hussainy from 2010 to 2011 but has never been married.
