The former Performing Musical association (PMAN) President who is known in the 90s as the funky mallam, he was one of the best pop artistes in the 90s from the North. He rose to become the President of the biggest Artiste Union in Africa, the Performing Musical Association of Nigeria (PMAN).

After a successful tenure, he relocated to the United States of America, where he has been operating a musical studio.

But report reaching us has it that former PMAN President Mustapha Amego is down with Cancer in the US and needs urgent prayers
